• Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and on average a further 3-7 business days for delivery. 
• Shipped parcels can be tracked online. The tracking number will be provided by email once the order is processed.
• Our carriers are DHL Express (International) and Chrono Diali (Morocco).
• Deliveries outside of Morocco may be subject to customs clearance. This is determined by customs officials and is beyond our control.
• Please be aware that if any items shipped are rejected and returned to KJ Couture (ie. If the recipient has provided the incorrect delivery address or there is no one to accept the package) we are unable to refund original shipping charges, custom charges or any return/rejection charges that are incurred by KJ Couture.

We do our best to provide all the necessary information on our website, and are available on Instagram to chat directly may you have any doubt on the size or the item.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your KJ couture item does not bring you full satisfaction, we will kindly accept to make an exchange or a refund within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel. In case of an exchange, return fees will be at your own expense. 

Original shipping charges and any taxes/ duties paid are non-refundable. If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our policy, we will contact you to ship the product back to you at your own expense.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging with tags attached. Please ensure any strong perfume scents are not transferred onto the product when trying on the items.
